How do we build the expertise we need for the future? For SAR, it is all about investing in people. This autumn, three new trainees have begun their journey with us through our trainee program. These new trainees represent different fields, perspectives, and skill sets, but they share one thing in common: a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute.
Marte Surdal Omland has a background in HR and a strong passion for people and the workplace. Elias Handeland is passionate about analysis, insights, and how data can be translated into sound decision-making. Sindre Kjærstad has an interest in logistics, value chains, and sustainable solutions.
For SAR, the trainee program is much more than just recruitment. The program brings new perspectives, new expertise, and fresh energy into the organization, while the trainees gain valuable experience and professional development in a company with a clear social mission.
Through their work at SAR, the trainees gain insight into how increased resource utilization, circular value creation, and sustainable solutions create value for both customers and society. Regardless of their field, it is meaningful to know that the work they do contributes to a more sustainable future.
