What is SAR Customer Portal?

SAR Customer Portal is a web-based solution that allows our customers to register assignments for collection, emptying and processing of waste directly in the portal. Customers get a full overview of all registered calls, with status and history, while all relevant communications and documentation are gathered in one place. This replaces previous solutions that do not provide good enough visibility and control.

Who uses the portal — and why?

The portal is designed for companies and organizations in need of regular or occasional waste management. Multiple users in the customer's organization can access and even register calls. The effect of this is evident:

  • Our customers are becoming more self-sufficient and using their own resources more efficiently
  • Buyers get better control and planning
  • SAR gets better view of mission and history

Cancellations can apply to commercial waste, hazardous waste, miscellaneous services and rentals, and declaration is handled by SAR, once authorization is granted.
