SAR Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025: Strong Result in Key Areas

In December 2025, as is the tradition, we sent out our customer satisfaction survey to our contract customers.

As a key player in the waste industry, the feedback from our customers is crucial as it gives us direction on how we can develop further and become even better.

 

This year, we have again gained valuable insights about customer experiences and identified areas for improvement. The results show a stable development compared to 2024.

What really pleases us is that we score very high on two very important points:

  • SAR takes health, safety and the environment seriously
  • SAR emerges as a serious player in the market

 

In an industry where trust and safety always come first, this matters enormously. We would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who took the time to respond.

Their feedback gives us an important basis for improvement.
