SAR at Career Day organized by Kristiansund og Nordmøre Næringsforening – what a day!

On September 10th, over 500 young people gathered at Bratthallen at Kristiansund Secondary School to explore education and job opportunities in Nordmøre – and interest in our industry was high! Among the promising youth, there was particularly strong curiosity about the careers of truck driver and process operator – which bodes well for thefuture.
Our booth was easy to spot and became a natural gathering point – full of energy, smiles, and engaging conversations.
SAR Kristiansund’s Operations Manager Tommy Blakstad and Sales Manager Richard Steffensen got the chance to meet the workforce ofthe future, showcase opportunities in our industry, and help give young peoplea better foundation for choosing their upper secondary education – and perhaps their future career paths.
For us at SAR AS, this is one of the year’s keymeeting points. It allows us to build relationships, inspire youth, and contribute to securing future recruitment.
